5 Easy Steps to Becoming a Student at PC

Steps for Former Students:

1. Admission

• If you attended before 1991, complete the admission process as a new student. Admission Application
  
• If you attended 1991 or after, complete an update form as a continuing student…

2. Assessment

You may skip this step if you have taken the PC Assessment Test. 

3. Orientation

If you have previously attended an orientation, skip this step.

If you have never attended an orientation, you are expected to attend one.

4. Academic Advising

Counselors/faculty advisors will:

• review your assessment scores with you for recommended placement in courses
• develop a Student Eductional Plan (SEP)
• assist you with choosing classes

5. Registration

Open web registration generally begins during the last week of a semester for the following term. PC Calendar

If you have received a
two-year degree from another school but are new to PC, you are exempt from the requirements for orientation, assessment and counseling.
