SCHOOL RECORDS:

Complete records sent directly from the school with evidence of graduation from a secondary school or its equivalent must be shown by duplicate official transcripts or records from the school which granted the diploma. If records are not in English, translations must be furnished.

An applicant who has attended other colleges and universities must have official, complete duplicate transcripts from each institution sent directly to the Office of Admissions, Porterville College and a Transfer Clearance Form must be completed by institution of attendance.
