VI.  Old Business

A. Program Discontinuance Policy

Terminology discussion - the district board passes policy, while college advisory groups pass procedure.  Thus the involved committees continue to work on terminology of this policy.

VII. New Business

A. Inclusion of Adjuncts in Graduation Ceremony  (Syrdahl)

The adjunct faculty did not receive graduation cap and gown information in time to participate in graduation ceremonies (again) this year.  It was agreed by all that the commencement planners develop a new procedure to include the adjunct in all commencement information.  Bill Henry will work with administration on this.

VIII.  Adjournment:   4:43 PM
M:  D. Bezayiff

S:   C. Wilkins

Respectfully submitted
