The constitution was created as the governing
document for the Associated Students of Porterville College.
In a culmination of a three year project, this updated constitution
was adopted by the student body in the spring of 2006. Clicking

The ASPC continued working on the by-laws after
the adoption of the updated constitution in 2006. On May 7,
2007, the revised by-laws were voted in. The links to these
