Firefighter 1  Academy Trailer

Porterville College and College of the Sequoias... Sharing Resources

Porterville College and College of the Sequoias in Visalia continue to enjoy an outstanding working relationship that allows us pool and share our firefighter training equipment.  The ability to move equipment to our various training sites has been tremendously improved with the recent purchase and customization of this cargo trailer, designed to provide support for the Firefighter 1 Academies conducted at both Colleges.  A second trailer is presently under construction and will primarily support  the Wildland Firefighter Academy at Porterville.   These trailers are also available to the local fire agencies to support special training sessions.
