 * Courses listed above are biology major transfer preparation as well as IGETC.  The IGETC is a general education program which community college transfer students may use to fulfill lower-division general education requirements in either the UC or CSU system.  CSU requires completion of Speech 101 in addition to the above. 

*If two years of the same foreign language have not been completed in high school, then one semester of a language other than English must be completed to fulfill IGETC.

*To fulfill PC graduation requirements, one of the Area 3 or 4 courses must be an ethnic studies course, 2 credits of physical education (if under age 21), and either EDUC 101, EDUC 102, INST 55A, or INST 100A must be completed.
