Your OneCard will be mailed to you, so please make sure we have your correct mailing address. You will receive a new card if you've registered for the Spring semester.
- Financial Aid Students should have received their cards already. If you receive financial aid but have not received a card in the mail, please verify we have your correct mailing address and call PC Financial Aid Office (559) 791-2301, Office Location: AC-103.
- All other students will receive their card by February 28th.
US BANK now handles all of the Financial Aid disbursements for the colleges in the Kern Community College District, including Porterville College.
Students who receive financial aid from Porterville College must inform US Bank of their Financial Aid Disbursement Preference.

Your new OneCard:
- will be your Student ID
- is used for checking out books from the library
- will be used to receive your Financial Aid disbursement
- can be used as a Debit MasterCard (Register for more details)
- is used for pay-for-print in the Computer Commons
- is used for pay-for-print and pay-for-copies in the Library
How Do I Get My OneCard?
Students will be receiving their cards in the mail in January. Once you receive your card, you can choose to register it. Please note that initial Spring 2014 Financial Aid Disbursements will be sent via check, not the OneCard. Later disbursements can be loaded directly to the card—getting your money much faster than other payment methods.
Lost Cards & Replacements
Misplaced Cards - You should immediately visit www.usbankcampuscard.com/Porterville to suspend your card if it is ever misplaced. Any scheduled deposits will still be accepted, but purchases and ATM transactions will be declined. When you find your card again, you can unsuspend it, and it will return to full functionality.
Lost or Stolen Cards - Immediately report any problems or a lost or stolen card by calling Cardholder Services for free 24/7/365 at 1 (888) 845-5066 (option 3). As long as the missing card is reported immediately, you will not be responsible for any unauthorized charges. A replacement will be ordered. When you receive your replacement, log into My Account via "to activate your card" and link it to your account.
