Tips for Success:
I know that I will repeat myself here but these are the important highlights to be successful in this (or any) class.
1. Be here. When you miss a class session, you miss much more than just time. If you could learn it on your own we wouldn’t need to schedule class at all. Remember, no work is accepted late! If you can’t be here you need to communicate before class through a phone call or email.
2. If you feel you are beginning to struggle: GET HELP! Come see me during office hours or make an appointment. If you need help with your writing come see me go or to the learning center and have someone proof your paper before the paper is due.
3. Turn everything in on time! You can email assignments to me.
4. READ THE TEXT, TAKE NOTES, DO THE ASSIGNMENTS! (Even if they are not collected).
