Associated Students of Porterville College (ASPC) is the "Voice of the Student" for 5,000-plus Porterville College students, promoting a diverse and inclusive campus culture that supports the mission, vision and values of our College. ASPC's purpose is to represent Porterville College students through the Participatory Governance process, promote cooperation among faculty, students and staff, and to stimulate the intellectual, physical, social and cultural goals through sponsorship of educational and co-curricular programs.
Any PC student maintaining a minimum 2.0 GPA and carrying 6 units can serve on a campus-wide committee member or as a ASPC Representative. Students who wish to serve on the ASPC Board must also maintain a 2.0 GPA and carry at least six units. All committee representatives, ASPC Representatives and/or Board members must have their ASPC fee ($7.50 per semester) current.
ASPC Meetings are held on Mondays at 5:30pm in the Pirate's Cove. Meeting attendance is required for ASPC Officers.
