Navigate enhances staff's ability to communicate, collaborate and work with students more quickly and efficiently than ever. The user-friendly program allows PC staff to follow along on each student’s journey and communicate via text and email to help students move forward every step of the way.
- Navigate will launch Fall 2019 with small pilot groups around campus with services like Early Alert, Grade Reports for Athletes, Kiosks for Writing Center, and Scheduling Appointments for select departments.
- Throughout Spring 2019, the Navigate Design Task Force will continue to build functionality to reach additional staff groups.

For Student Services: Depending on your role, you can schedule appointments with students, view their academic success information, and use group messaging to support your student success campaigns. Reporting features are also available.
For Administrators: Build a coordinated care network, designed to help manage student success and identify opportunities and needs. Reporting and messaging features available.
ALERTS: Please do not use Navigate to report to the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT Form), which is related to student conduct. The ALERTS in Navigate are Early Alerts that are sent to Early Alert counselors.
