PC offering holiday cooking classes

Easy Holiday Cooking

Have you ever wanted to master making that epic holiday feast? Let Porterville College Chef Pierre Thomas teach you how to prepare a stress-free meal that everyone is sure to love; from delicious, hot soups to delectable desserts and appetizers. Porterville College is holding two separate holiday cooking sessions from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Dec. 11 and Friday, Dec. 18 in the Student Center Cafeteria. Cost is $35 per session.

Community Education courses are designed to meet the needs of the community. These are non-credit classes offered in addition to the college's academic program. These courses are designed to provide learning and enjoyment in a friendly, worry- free environment. These courses include vocational skills, professional development or exposure to new recreational enjoyments.
