Overcome the stress of preparing holiday meals by taking a three-hour class at Porterville College. Let PC Chef Pierce Thomas teach you how to prepare a stress-free meal that everyone is sure to love; from delicious, hot soups to delectable desserts and appetizers. Porterville College is holding two separate holiday cooking sessions from 9 a.m. to noon Friday, Dec. 11 and Friday, Dec. 18 in the Student Center Cafeteria.
Session #1 - Friday, December 11 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm --- Preparing pumpkin soup, roasted pork loin, potato cakes, and pineapple mousse
Session #2 - Friday, December 18 from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm --- Preparing baked apples, apple strudel, and crème brulee

Community Education courses are designed to meet the needs of the community. These are non-credit classes offered in addition to the college's academic program. These courses are designed to provide learning and enjoyment in a friendly, worry-free environment.
