The nominee has achieved a high level of success in his or her professional career.
The nominee has demonstrated outstanding involvement and leadership at both Porterville College and within their community.
In order to be eligible for this award, five (5) years must have passed since the nominee attended Porterville College.
The nominee must have successfully completed 24 units at Porterville College. The majority of the units completed should be in general education, major, or certificate courses.
For Athlete nominees: Athletic Honors during Porterville College tenure and Athletic Honors after Porterville College.
The nominee may not nominate themselves.
The nominations must include a cover letter of why you are nominating this former student (alumni), the application, and any other supporting documents.

The Porterville College Foundation Annual Hall of Fame Reception honoring Former Athletes and Distinguished Alumni will be held on Friday, Feb. 2, 2018 at the River Island Country Club.
