TOEFL

TOEFL SCORE:

The applicant must be able to read, speak, and write English sufficiently well to pursue a full-time program of study. Because it is necessary for you to have the ability to use and understand English as well as native American students, you must verify your proficiency through examination. An International Test of English as a Second Language (TOEFL) is required of all international applicants whose native language is not English. The TOEFL is administered in most countries by the Educational Testing Service. Please have your official TOEFL results sent directly to the Office of Admissions at Porterville College.
(School Code 4608)

For admission purposes, Porterville College requires the following TOEFL scores:

  • Paper Based Test (PBT) minimum is 450
  • Internet Based Test (IBT) minimum is 45
