Porterville College Student Honored with 2026 Kaleidoscope Scholarship
We are incredibly proud to announce that one of our very own has been recognized on a state level for their leadership and heart. Reid Lowery, a Porterville College MESA Scholar and Biology Peer Tutor, has been named a recipient of the 2026 Kaleidoscope Scholarship Award. This honor recognizes Reid’s outstanding dedication to promoting inclusivity, intersectionality, and student advocacy within our campus community.
The Kaleidoscope Scholarship is a prestigious award granted to California Community College students who demonstrate leadership, resilience, and a steadfast commitment to social equity. Reid’s work as a "changemaker" embodies the very best of our Pirate spirit, and we invite the entire campus to celebrate this achievement.
