Bio: Dr. de la Rosa is the Founder and Executive Director of OLA RAZA, a former farmworker who planted in roots in California’s Central Valley to serve his community, provide education and raise a family. He has been called to many leadership and service positions where he has had a great impact on those around him. He has led organizations through difficult times, through advanced fiscal planning, with a pronounced sense of responsibility, and a deep understanding of the community. All of this while maintaining a distinguished CBO that serves clients throughout California.
