Erin Wingfield

Erin Wingfield is the Dean of Student Success and Counseling at PC, where she has worked for 24 years in post-secondary education. She has an M.A. in Leadership Studies from Fresno Pacific University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, Bakersfield, CA.

In addition, Erin is a graduate of the Association of California Community College Administrator (ACCCA) Mentor Program, the Kern Community College District Leadership Academy, the Leading from the Middle Academy, and the Claremont Graduate University Enrollment Management Academy. She was an award recipient in the California Community Colleges and Foster Youth Success Initiative (FYSI) Statewide Convention in 2019, and in 2009, she was named the Classified Staff Member of the Year at PC. From 2018 to 2020, she served on the board for the California Association of Community College Registrars and Admissions Officers (CACCRAO), and she has also served as a regional representative for CACCRAO.
