Copyright Infringement Illegal Distribution of Copyrighted Materials

PC supports the Higher Education Opportunity Act and Digital Millennium Copyright Act, including efforts to eliminate the illegal distribution of copyrighted material. PC policy developed through the district provides guidelines to students, faculty, and staff to assist in compliance with federal copyright laws.
